What are the benefits of lucid dreaming?

My previous post titled, "Simplest block for law of attraction" just received a comment from a blogger who blogs on Lucid Dreaming. Visit the URL: http://lucid-dream-guide.blogspot.com/

As you may be probably aware of, lucid dreaming is the act of dreaming where you, the dreamer knows that you are dreaming. It sounds simple bit not actually so. We all realize that we have had a dream only after we are awake.

So, what is the use in knowing that you are dreaming during the dream itself?
* Is it possible to deliberately indulge in lucid dreaming?
* Is lucid dreaming a self growth tool?
* Can we get what we want through lucid dreams?
* Is there a psychological implication with respect to lucid dreaming?
* Is lucid dreaming called conscious dreaming? If so, can we control or rewrite our subconscious mind?

I read somewhere that in lucid dreaming, we act as an observer of our own dreams as if watching a movie. Thrilling-isn't it?

Here are very basic things we can achieve through lucid dreaming:
* We can chat with our heroes like Einstein and Socrates
* We can develop new skills
* We can eliminate fears
* Experience a satisfying sexual relationship

Control your dreams by learning the art of Lucid Dreaming.

What is the use of learning lucid dreaming?

Will you call lucid dreaming as conscious dreaming? Sometimes, there is a confusion between lucid dreaming and dream memories.

Rarely, we remember our dreams. I was able to remember part of my dream as late as when I got up but it used to fade away when I entered the bathroom to brush my teeth.

Lucid dreaming literally means that we are conscious that we are dreaming but still could not wield any control over it. We just lie down and act as an observer of our own dreams as if watching a movie.

Many psychologists feel that lucid dreaming is a personal growth tool as it may help you to gain insight into your deep rooted beliefs that are the cause for personal problems because.

Lucid dreaming is a challenging art to master, but there are steps that can be taken to help you achieve the state.

But what is the real purpose of learning lucid dreaming?

* You can chat with your heroes and heroines including Einstein and Hitler
* Develop new skills
* Eliminate fears

So, is it more of a fun tool than a spiritual development tool?
Is it possible to learn lucid dreaming on your own?

Don't waste your dreams!

Dream-man's fascination since the day he started dreaming and remembered a bit of his dream when he woke up, is still burning.

Lucid dreaming is about recognizing that you are only dreaming during the act of dreaming itself.

What is the advantage of lucid dreaming?
We can control the dream itself since we clearly realize that we are dreaming. Wouldn't be a fascinating experience?

But what exactly can one gain from learning the art of lucid dreaming?
How do we learn the skill? Is there any book that teaches lucid dreaming?

Yes, there is one called a Lucid Dreaming kit. Its author Bradley Thompson says we all have that skill already; we only need a little guidance. He says one can even chat with Einstein once you learn the technique of lucid dreaming.

The dream of lucid dreaming.

Ever since I learnt about lucid dreaming, I wanted to develop that quality though I never took serious efforts.

But the desire was residual and I also blogged about it once and discussed with a friend of mine in great detail a few months back.

Without actually realizing I started remembering my dreams vividly even after a few days and last night it happened-the lucid dreaming. Yes, I while I was dreaming about a religious function that I intended to initiate, I distinctly realized that I am dreaming and this is not a reality.

I think my strong desire to develop lucid dreaming quality finally manifested itself. I don’t know whether it will happen again or not but I was elated.

It is subliminal again.

I am terribly impressed with subliminal technology and that is why I keep returning to the topic.

Long before I added a website of personal development information in my blogroll.
This website has loads of mind tools analysis, articles on self development and many more.

The webmaster has analyzed several subliminal softwares and given his frank opinion. Rather than listing all the suppliers of high quality subliminal technologies (of which there are many), they have tried to provide a fair appraisal of companies that offer different kinds of approaches or offer differing results.

Plenty of e-books are also recommended of which I saw my favorite author Bob Doyle's book also-Wealth Beyond Reason.

Pay a visit to this website and I am sure you will visit often.

Thank you Michael McGrath!
